Get creative in Nutrition Month: whether you try meal planning, getting your kids involved in preparing and cooking food, or even meeting a dietician to come up with healthy eating habits for yourself and your family. Don’t forget to pair healthy eating with a balance of exercise and rest. Good food is fuel for your body and mind!
Now, back to our springtime excitement! Part of why this is our favourite time of year is because of our Mother’s Day Spring Planter fundraiser!
We’ve partnered with Aspen Greenhouse in Lacombe, AB, to provide you with the most beautiful spring planters to bring a pop of colour to your table or garden. Burt and Annelies Vander Vlugt provide beautiful flowers and plants of all types for wholesale and retail purchases.
Our orders for the Mother’s Day Spring Planter fundraisers will end on April 10th, so hurry and order now as they go fast! All Spring Planter deliveries will happen in early-May, just in time for Mother’s Day.
